Yagga Steak with beans

4 Yagga steak slices (2x 200g boxes)
50 gr. Beans
1 onion
1 carrot
1 stalk of celery
1 a bay leaf
Extra-virgin oil
Salt

Cook slices in a drop of oil for 5 minutes, or until are golden brown and crisps, turning over every now and then.
Boil beans with chop onion and the stalk of celery in pieces and the bay leaf (take off it at the end of cooking time). Add a pinch of salt.

Serve Yagga fillet strewn with beans.
