Yagga Soy Sauce Steaks

4 Yagga Steaks (2 x 200g boxes)
90 gr. bean sprouts
40 gr. spring onion
Extra-virgin oil
Soy sauce
Pepper

Cut Yagga Steaks into strips and cook them in a little oil for 5 minutes.

Make the side dish washing and well train the bean sprouts and cutting the spring onion in rings.

Serve everything with a bit of pepper and a sprinkle of soy sauce.
