Broccoli roast with aromatic vinegar

1 200g box of Yagga Vegetarian Roast
400 gr. Broccoli
1 leek
1 twig of rosemary
Extra-virgin oil
Aromatic vinegar
Salt
Pepper

Oil roast with extra-virgin oil (or better with rosemary oil), to put it in a roasting pan with a twig of rosemary and then in a pre-heat a 180 c° oven for 30 minutes, turning it over every now and then.

In the meantime, cut the leek in thin rings and fry it a pan in a little bit of extra-virgin oil. After a minute, add the broccoli and browned them for 7 minutes or until become soft.

Add salt, pepper and wet with a drop of aromatic vinegar.

Serve roast with broccoli like side dish.
