Rice spicy strips              

2 x 200g boxes of Yagga Strips
300 gr. rice
1 clove of garlic
1/2 onion
Tomato sauce
Olives
Peas
chilli
Extra-virgin oil

Cut the clove of garlic in small pieces and also the half onion. Put everything in a pan and fry lightly with extra-virgin oil for a few minutes.

In separate saucepans boil the rice until 2 minute before cooking and strain and also the peas. You can also use ready peas.

In the pan add the Strips, tomato sauce, peas and olives and mixed for 5 minutes.

Then add rice and a little of chilli as you like and mixed for some more 2 minutes and serve.
