Asparagus stew

450 gr. Yagga Steak
250 gr. Asparagus tips
70 ml. vegan cream
Extra-virgin oil
Salt pepper

Cut the Yagga Steak into pieces and brown in a pan for 10 minutes with a little extra-virgin olive oil.

Then boil the asparagus tips for 7 minutes. Add to the stew, add the cream and cook on high flame for a few minutes, turning it frequently.
