Recipe Submissions
By submitting a recipe to us, you are acknowledging that it is not copyrighted or you have the permission of the copyright owner to send to us for redistribution. By submitting your recipe (by email, fax, post or other means) you grant Yagga.co.uk unlimited permission to use and reproduce the recipe in our website, promotional materials or other publications.

Miscellaneous
Yagga SRL and Vegeco Ltd's failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

This agreement will be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
