Yagga is a progressive Italian company producing healthy, environmentally conscious products that are now finally available in the United Kingdom.

The name 'Yagga' comes from a word used by Amazonian Indians meaning "Tree of Life". A mythological image that includes all forms of life (plants, animals and people).

About Yagga Organic Vegetarian Products

Yagga's organic vegetarian products were developed by an Italian farmer who decided to try and restore his health through food after being diagnosed with diabetes and hypertension. After much experimentation he developed his special blend of organic ingredients that gave an excellent taste, texture and appearance as well as being rich in healthy proteins and very low in fat. He decided to call his formula 'Muscolo di Grano' which translates as Muscle of Wheat. Yagga's products simulate the textures and flavours of meat while remaining 100% vegetarian.

Yagga's products use less water and less energy to produce than meat. Their production also releases less carbon dioxide, methane and ammonia - and of course they cause no animal suffering.

All that is left is for us to choose these healthy and environmentally friendly alternatives. As Gandhi said, "We have to be the change we want to see in the world".
